Training at Big Frog

At Big Frog Franchise Group we provide outstanding training and support for our franchisees.  It begins when you purchase your franchise and never ends with our continuous improvements to the system, addition of new strategies & profit centers and ongoing support to help you grow and thrive.  An integral part of the training includes a visit to Big Frog University in Dunedin, Florida.

Big Frog University classes are in session starting on the third full week of each month and consist of a total of five days of classroom and “real world” training.  Classes begin on Monday and end on Friday.  Topics covered in training include: marketing, human resources, store management, point of sale training, design software training, printing, printer maintenance and a day of "real world" training in our Dunedin Training Center. 

Additionally, one of our trainers will visit you to help you open your store.  Generally, this occurs a week after receiving your printer and having your store set up and operational.  The trainer will then come for 3 days to work with you and your employees.
